The $148,700 grant
On May 15, 2025, the CRA Board approved a $148,700 Commercial Property Improvement Program grant to Blue Dog Investments, LLC, for Freight Yard at the southeast corner of Railroad Avenue and St. Francis Street. Jeremy Matlow made the motion to approve the grant. Mayor John Dailey seconded it, and the motion passed unanimously. The City’s annual report also records the award and its funding for solar panels, mural screens, office space, and courtyard landscaping. [1]
The earlier $50,000
An earlier $50,000 Business Facility Improvement Program grant applied to 915 Railroad Avenue. The April 25, 2023, CRA minutes are linked below, and the City’s FY 2024 annual report lists the $50,000 project as completed. Together, the two grants total $198,700. [2] [1]
Three months later
The campaign reports show $1,000 each from Blue Dog Investments, Sally Bradshaw, and Paul Bradshaw on August 14, 2025—about three months after the May 15 grant approval. Those three contributions total $3,000. The amended Blue Dog entry is counted once. [3]
Campaign: $6,000
On August 22, 2026, Blue Dog Investments LLC, Sally Bradshaw, and Paul Bradshaw each contributed another $1,000 to Matlow’s campaign. Including the August 2025 contributions, the three donors gave $6,000 to the campaign. [3] [4]

Friends of Jeremy Matlow received $5,000 from Paul Bradshaw on March 31, 2026, and $2,500 from Sally Bradshaw on August 5, 2026. Those political committee contributions total $7,500. Combined with the $6,000 in campaign contributions, the total is $13,500. [5] [3] [4]
